    Shipping: Very fast. Packing: Not good. The lens was sent in its original Zeiss box, but the top piece of styrofoam was missing; left out. Two pieces are needed to hold the lens secure. Without the top styrofoam piece, the lens was loose to move around inside the box and there was nothing to hold the lens hood in place either, and the lens cap was off, so the hood was also loose and able to touch the lens surface, with risk of damage. Packing needs to be done with better care.
