    the woman I dealt with had the courtesy to call me about the missing lotion and how it is STILL "floating" around somewhere in New Jersey....she was even nice enough to send some FREE packets of lotion BUT when I went to order ANOTHER bottle she had me blocked from buying from her store....I am saddened by her actions after we had a wonderful conversation...I WON'T leave a negative feedback comment because I am not a NEGATIve person but she really didn't need to block me from buying....SAD SAD
