    The item shipped quickly, albeit in a very flimsy box. The packaging offered very little support for the item. The minimal padding resulted in a small piece of the back cover chipping off. With how expensive shipping was for the item, I had hoped it would have been handled with more care. Nevertheless, the item arrived as described and is in otherwise very good condition. The battery cover on the remote control is also chipped, but I managed to improvise. The speaker looks and works great.
