Everything was correct on the address label. Had to jump through some hoops with the shipping company and ebay first, but I got another laptop sent to me. The seller kept in contact and gave me updates and provided information anytime I asked. It sucked that it happened, but they handled it well, sent me a replacement, and I have no complaints about the laptop itself.
