    EXACTLY what I needed. Excellent Unit

    I have used Burr mixers commercially for years but never had a similar item for my cooking and catering. I now have a flexible and portable cooking carrying case and this is essential. Light, strong and flexible, it can help me make sauces and soups much easier. Recommended most certainly.
