    The part is loose on the bottom and does not fit snug. Also not for the apex vaccumm. I will be requesting a refund. Horrible seller sending out this part with the condition it's in.

    Those statements are not true. The item was received back and there was nothing lose and no wrong model number. What happened here is that you didn`t pay attention to the right model and ordered a wrong item as you yourself have informed through our conversation. You have misused the eBay return policies by making false statements to get returned an item you bought wrong. eBay has been informed of this.
