    The item was shipped as advertised, and this would have been a five star review if it were not for the fact that the item was shipped in a padded envelope and not a box. Because it was not in a box, the mailman bent the book in order to fit in my mailbox, causing a permanent crease in the cover of this out of production, rare item that was otherwise in almost perfect condition. Please, learn from this and use boxes next time! Boxes prevent mailmen from being able to do this!
