When the order status had not been updated, I tried to contact the seller over 7 times. NO ONE ever responded. And still haven't gotten my order or any status about my order after 11 days. No updates, no notification if it's been shipped, nothing communicated at all. The order was to be shipped with in 6 days of receiving my order. Nothing. Waste of time, money & broke my trust.

Today, UPS showed the item out for delivery. Then UPS showed the seller had put in a request at 12:41 p.m. today to return the item to him. The seller NEVER notified me of this. How can a seller like this, who in essence represents ebay, continue to conduct business here? I will have to wait a full THIRTEEN days for refund after I, in good faith, placed this order. FAIR???
