      The stroller arrived with the 2 front wheels on. It didn’t appear to be used. It was difficult for me to snap it together because it wasn’t aligning properly. My uncle was able to. One of the wheels falls off because of a plastic piece doesn’t secure as it should have returned but I needed something for my dog after his surgery so I could take him out for some fresh air. For the money I expected better quality.
