The vendor was very responsive and offered a monetary adjustment. The print head does work. So vendor was good, but overall not great value as end cost was high for a used/reconditioned print head.Follow-up from: *****- Feedback followed up by buyer.- Feedback followed up by buyer.One week and 10 pages of printing later, printhead fails with B200 errors. Contact vendor who offered to replace. Received replacement a week or so later. Replacement appears new, sealed package, no ink visible, protective cover fits properly, Canon box not beat up. So far so good.
