    I paid $293.70 for this Automower from a seller with no prior reviews, so I was cautious. After 10 days, the item had not been shipped. When I inquired, the seller claimed it had been shipped, but USPS tracking only showed a label created, with no actual shipment. This experience raised serious concerns about the legitimacy of the seller. Buyers should exercise caution.

    Yes, I am a new seller, but upon learning buyer was not satisfied I canceled the order and refunded the payment. Buyer did not allow time for me to track the problem, which is their right. I do wish I had been given a bit more time to figure out where the problem happened and how to correct it however, I thank the buyer for the learning experience. Potential Buyers should look to my other feedback for confirmation of receipt of items sent to other buyers.
