Meaning you have to be pretty careful scooping it out. The box itself is made of plastic, the bottom is stainless. So far it is better than the cheaper boxes. I removed the door and used the shipping box to cover the top up because my cats are too old to figure out a new way to use the toilet and to reduce odors. But the most important thing is it is huge. Great seller.

Anyways I went and picked my item up at the post office because I think the mail delivery person was just too lazy to deliver the packages. I got my regular mail and it happened the other day too. They need to crack down on the poor work ethics of employees.
