    The seller shipped the item very quickly. It was well-packaged and arrived without damage. Unfortunately the unit did not function as it should. I tried updating the software and even did a factory reset without luck. I contacted the seller and they took the unit back and gave me a 100% refund. Although I'm disappointed the unit did not work correctly, I am happy with how the seller stood behind the sale and did the right thing. I would buy from this seller again.
