        Good brand, good price

        Although it is on the expensive side, it is the only type of curcumin that my doctor friend recommends. I have been using this brand for 2 to 3 years.

        Good supplement for pain

        This supplement really helps with joint and muscle pain. I am taking it for over a year. It is almost as effective as a prescription medicine but without side effects. However, curcumin is not recommended for people with gallbladder stones.
