    The seller posted a picture of a car alternator and indicated it was for a 2009 Toyota Matrix. The image of the posted alternator was correct, but the seller shipped a different alternator than what was advertised. I contacted the seller for instructions on how to resolve the matter, but the seller said that there was nothing he or she could do about the problem. I filed a PayPal dispute and am currently awaiting the outcome.

    That's incorrect, buyer cannot figure out how to return the item, and told him to contact Ebay for help, as a seller I cannot open a return for a buyer.
