    Great product! Esp when combined with...

    Im a fitness/bodybuilding enthusiast in my 40s and have always been the typical "hard gainer" low appetite etc... This works for me. Im surprised actually. It def had an immediate effect but it really started working after being on it for a week or so. I tried 1 am, one before dinner and it worked good but I would get hungry in my sleep & wake up. Taking 1 or 2 in the am keeps me eating all day now. ADD PANCREATIN (digestive enzymes) @ 1500-3000mgs/day AM. They work wonders together! I digest faster and now that its been a few weeks, my stomach can handle more food per meal too.

    Didn't work for me 😔

    It doesn't work for me. It is only increases my stomach acid! Really expensive for nothing! I sincerely believed in it. 😔 I eat normally, I just want to eat more to gain, but if you basically eat very little, you may be getting an appetite, but I don't think so. 😕

    It Works.

    I noticed am eating more and I get hungrier sooner. Wish it has Amino acids added and sleep aid to help in body recovery process especially the elderly. Coupled with exercise and right food nutrition, Muscle building is possible indeed.
