The directions supplied are terrible, does not describe how to fill it, the soap control (how to change) is vague. 2. The charging cable lacks the plug (for an outlet) to charge the batteries. 3. A small bottle is supplied but the directions do not describe what it is used for. 4. Once you figure out how to use it, it is very noisy when it dispenses the soap. 5. There is not a lot of value for the price.
