The problem was that the directions that came with the purchase were unclear and incomplete. I sought clearer directions online, but there were none available, even on the producer’s website. Consequently, not realizing that the pieces actually holding the shelves in place were upside down, I spent WAY too much time installing. This issue was NOT the fault of the seller, but of the company producing it.
