      Seller somehow didn’t have the item when it came time to ship it. Tried to get me to accept a different item instead. Refunded me one penny short of the amount I paid. A penny is no big deal but not refunding the full amount is just weird and suggests incompetence. And after all this I received tracking information for the item. I checked into the tracking info and found out the item with that tracking number was shipped to a different address. Too much incompetence for a positive rating.
