    received 3-10-2025 the item was broken the yellow plastic chipped pieces were scattered in the box. The item was dropped before or after and it does not turn true, It wobbles. this item is totally unusable. On the receipt is marked non-returnable. no comment on the web site, saying non-returnable . Seller was not transparent on this item. Shipping broke the plastic parts. maybe dropped and bent the shaft. this is a total rip off. I have added a before and after pictures.
