There was a label mishap and I got a pair of shoes instead. She immediately got on the phone with Ebay and even though Ebay wanted to keep almost 50 dollars of my money as a credit I would have to use, she argued for me and made it right because it was her error in shipping. I did get the full refund in the end and I would buy from this seller again. Great communication and did the right thing.
