After no correspondence from seller i emailed them and they claim that I put in wrong address which obviously is false as the item shipped to address on my account which it has been for over 10 years! I never gave an updated address so how did you mail it then?! Why lie say you forgot or it’s an oversight! Horrible customer service! Not honest at all and no communication.
