The machine looks great I’m going to try it out latter today and see how good it cleans my used record purchases some are very dirty. The problem was that the directions that came with the purchase were unclear and incomplete. I sought clearer directions online, but there were none available, even on the producer’s website. Consequently, not realizing that the pieces actually holding the shelves in place were upside down, I spent WAY too much time installing. This issue was NOT the fault of the seller, but of the company producing it.
