I don't believe in dragging down someone's review because accidents happen, & the box isn't dented, but I might advise taping up both ends of the bubble wrap used, both at the top & at the bottom. The item slipped out of the bubble wrap inside the box unfortunately. I will glue what I have back together, & hopefully use it anyway.
