As near as I can tell it is about as close to Rezin Bowie’s description of the knife James used at the Vidalia sandbar as you are likely to find. The blade itself is razor hair shaving sharp right out of the box and is perfectly balanced with a pronounced distal taper from the grip towards the tip! As a lifelong Bowie knife enthusiast, I highly recommend this knife!
