However, since the item was to be signed for, Fed Ex showed up twice with the package and didn't read the note on the gates nor did they call as the note stated and drove off without leaving the package

    Disappointed in product, not in the seller's service.

    This is the Unit designed to work with the Wave III. Has been very troublesome. Although I have excellent and strong WiFi which works flawlessly withe every other device, (Including a Bose Soundtouch Portable unit) it continually loses connection, even when connected with an Ethernet cable. Right now it gives every indication of working, both with the Controler on my iPad and on the Wave screen, there is simply no sound coming out of it. I'm planning to ask for warranty service. Bose customer service doesn't seem interested, but then I didn't buy it directly from them. It almost seems that they would like to pretend this model never existed.
