Serving ladle was nested in them for shipping and seems to be squished. Handle is bent when compared to ladle I own. I do not know if this is shipping damage or original condition. Shipped in envelope wrapped in bubble wrap. 5 stars for as described, 2 stars for packaging. Overall 2 out of 3. I'd be upset if ladle was my top choice of the items.
