    Not bad for the price. Metal but quite thin, especially the arms that hold the guitar. Mine had a small dent in the frame that seems to have been present before boxing, as the box didn't have a dent in the same place. So possibly some QC check issues. Overall though it looks nice and does the job, I just wouldn't try standing on it.

    Can’t fault it!

    For the money I can’t fault this stand. It’s sturdy, well made and holds my guitar securely. Frame feels strong and folds away easily for storage. Rubber foot pads ensure it won’t slide about on wood or polished floors, while the parts of the frame that contact the guitar body are covered in soft foam to protect the guitar from damage. I would have no issues using this stand with any guitar from the cheapest to the most expensive. Great stand!

    We all buy the wrong thing at times.

    I bought this in ignorance, I am new to guitars. I am wiser now I've had this item in my life for a few days. It is compromised for the electric solid body guitar I own. For all I can know it is compromised for acoustic hollow body guitars too. So this will very likely disappoint no matter which type you have. it's a poor fit, it is bulky and intrusive. So, for my first advice as a newbie: don't go cheap, don't compromise, get the right stand for the guitar you want to use it under. It's moderately well made, sadly that does not redeem the basically compromised design. Oh well, we all make mistakes, buying this was one of mine. I gave it a couple of weeks so I could try to get used to it, but it drove me nuts enough to replace it within 3 weeks.
