    The items were received undamaged in any way and are brand new, as promised with an expiration date of 9/26. I can't ask for more than that. The price is excellent for the 5.6oz tubes and the shipping was quick. I initially I only received 4 of the expected 6 tubes. I immediately contacted the seller and got a quick response that my other 2 tubes + an extra one would be sent to me right away. I received them today and now have a high regard for this seller for making things right.

    My box of Sprouts Collagen were damaged and crushed on arrival. Equivalent to 2 sticks broken in the box. I contacted the seller about the issue and we agreed he would credit my account $2 for the 2 crushed sticks. Powder from the sticks in bottom of the box. I still haven't received this credit. Don't expect this seller to make anything right. I'm so disappointed! I could've bought these hassle free from my Sprouts store for $21.99 but bought here instead. Beware. I should have read feedback.
