Contacted vender who quickly replied that the product had changed but their description was not updated and they offered me a free return. I replied that the wands fit my shop vac,they appeared to be strong and I would have ordered them anyway if the description said 19 inches so I would just keep them. They said here's a partial refund of $7 for your trouble. I ordered a second pair.

Plastic is to feed the birds...crows!
