    The first battery I received wouldn't take or hold a charge. No response to my messages initially, but when I requested a refund through Ebay they promptly processed it. Glad to say the second one seems to work like a charm, so far so good. Happy that I don't have to buy a new trimmer, cause I really like my old one. Thanks very much, would recommend product and seller, except they wouldn't respond to questions until Ebay was involved, so they might want to work on that.

    Unfortunately, the 20Vdc Lithium battery would not charge. Perhaps it had been on the shelf too long, had gone graveyard dead, and was unable to be resurrected. A complete refund was given by the Seller. I rate this Seller 100%/5-star for service and customer satisfaction.

    Battery works for my Older 20V Greenworks tools.

    This battery works for my Older 20V Greenworks tools, for which the battery from Greenworks has been discontinued and is impossible to find. My original battery was #29212, which was the extended battery. This is the smaller capacity version of that one, so doesn't have nearly the battery life, but beggars can't be choosers!
