As others have mentioned in the feedback forum, had to do some modifications to the moulded docking to make it so that the hoover would dock into the Charger. Got it working in the end!!

Fixing said holster to the wall is also a bit of guesswork, as there’s no thru-hole already punched. On removing the back-plate, a position is vaguely indicated to do locate a screw, however on doing so it became impossible to put the holster back on the plate, as the screw was then in the way. So a screw all the way through the holster it was! A simple job made a faff.
