It came damaged with a crease and bend on it Most photos are at least shipped with a clear plastic sleeve. This had nothing. No protective barriers what so ever. Came in a flimsy, thin cardboard packaging. For an extra 5.00 max, it could have been shipped properly and alot better. Now i have a completely damaged print. How are we going to resolve this? On average, I mail about 200 photos each week, and typically, only 1% (or 2 out of 200) get bent in transit. The mailers I use are specifically designed for shipping photos and work well. My listing does not mention the use of thick clear plastic sleeves, which generally cost around $1.50 each and require larger envelopes and higher shipping fees, with the extra costs passed on to the buyer. Most are satisfied with the way I ship.

The Engelbert Humperdinck Autographed Picture packaging arrived bent, and because the packaging arrived bent, the picture arrived bent as well, but , I don't think the seller was at fault, because the packaging was clearly marked with the words" Do not Bend," so I think the picture and packaging were bent by something or someone by mistake at the post office . The picture can still be framed though. Fast shipping . Thanks.
