    Yes I have tried but the mailbox is always full and never get answered. The order was duplicated and I sent the second one back at my expense 2 days after I got it and still have not received a refund. This was over a month ago and I am starting to get really pissed. I have been very patient but still nobody will help me in this matter. I don't know how my order got duplicated in the first place it was probably my fault but not sure. Even if it was my fault I have tried many times with no luck.
