    It turns on and the water pulses so I assume it is working correctly. Have not been able to actually clean anything with it yet.

    This one actually works, Its the second 10L unit I purchased from 2 different sellers. This one seems to work as described when the first one would not work at all. It trips my electrical breaker as soon as I turn the machine on. I hope to use it several times in the next few days to really determine it's cleaning ability.

    Poor build quality caused laceration to hand.

    I purchased this cleaner about 6 months ago. It works okay, not quite as good as the HF one it replaced. The main problem is with build quality. Today when picking up the unit to move and clean it, the left side handle sliced my forefinger and middle finder alarmingly badly due to exposed unfinished metal edges on the handle gripping surface. Really disappointed, please avoid or use caution handling the unit.

    Very happy with the purchase. It's big enough to fit all my needs and with the right detergents cleans the toughest parts. It saves me so much time. And because I got the professional grade it has the water release valve which makes my life easier.
