I contacted the Company and they were super accommodating and professional. They offered me a full refund (that meant sending back the item) or a partial one. Because I liked the item very much I accepted a partial refund with which I bought a proper glue to fix it. They sent me the partial refund straight away. This is what I called a perfect Customer Service.
