True condition: bearings seized, bolt loosened, inner race riding on the bolt long enough to wear the spacer and inner race into and oblong mess. Luckily, I only needed the bracket and this was a good value for me, but I suspect anyone else would be pretty disappointed with the dishonesty here. Otherwise, fast shipping and turnaround, didn't contact seller so maybe isolated occurrence and not reflective overall.
