I requested for a refund but seller offered to send me a replacement piece within next few days. However after one week still no updates I had to chased him and then he casually mentioned that he would just provide a refund instead. No issues with my refund though. Seller is not reliable; I would not recommend buying from them.

However, the item arrived really quickly from India and the seller was quick to respond to my complaint and to offer apologies and a partial refund - plus I got to keep the boss (for what it's worth, it's not very impressive).
