      I was reluctant to buy this since often I have trouble loading the software and getting things to work. The software for this digital microscope was on the Apple application store so it was simple to load. The microscope provided a beautiful image and was variable from 50X to 1000X. I was able to focus by moving the microscope closer and moving it back. I was immensely impressed by how well this item worked considering the very low price. It represents an amazing value. I recommend this item.

      The instructions are really difficult to use, in an inconsistent mix of Chinese and English, and getting the software downloaded and working is a challenge, but my daughter is estatic with the results, and that, after all, is what we're about.
