Shipping was ridiculously expensive at $11.40, especially since it was packaged economically in a plastic bag. PRO: seller did respond to my message in a timely manner. Seller did agree to accept a return, but I still would have been out $11.40 shipping costs plus my shipping expense. Sneaker was donated to thrift store.

    Doesn't last long

    This product has to be replaced every three to four weeks, which makes it very expensive at $10.00 each. After 3 weeks it starts to turn brown and lose its shape. I kept it for an additional week because I,did not have any extras at home. If you have to use 12 per year at approximately $10.00 each one, that totals $120.00, which is a lot more than the humidifier cost. If I had known this in advance, I probably would not have purchased the Honeywell humidifier, even though it works very well.
