When I first received it the laser did not work with my new batteries. after speaking with the vendor I decided to buy some new batteries to test and found out that I had two new, in the package, batteries that were bad. This fixed problem and laser was bright. The vendor answered all my messages and questions.

I requested a cancellation of the order at 9:26pm. At 9:27pm mysteriously a tracking number is issued to the order. At 9:27pm my request to cancel was rejected. Seems like the seller did this on purpose. Not sure why l as I will dispute it with my credit card issuer anyways. Doesn't bother replying back to my messages now. Be careful purchasing from this seller.
