However, these arch supports have been somewhat of a disappointment. They don't provide enough support for my flat feet. Just a very slight lift to my arch and a bulge on the sides of my sneakers. But it's not too bad. These arch supports could be better though. They just have to provide much more support to the arch of my feet.
