    The new control you sent me is inoperative. As you can see on the left picture, my old TV control (left) is a duplicate of the control you sent me( the one on the right). There are two buttons to push at the back to pair the new control, I used them but still the control did not work. New double A batteries were used. You can send me a replacement for this damaged TV control and something to return the item back to you.

    simple to use

    These remotes are very easy to use and gets rid of all the extraneous buttons that get in the way. The volume and channel toggle up for up for up, down for down and push in for mute, simple. I bought this to have one on each side of the room with the 70" tv, but only one can be paired with the tv at a time (bluetooth). So I'm just keeping it in the drawer in case something happens to the other one. Using the 5 dollar universal from Walmart for the other side of the room. That's the only reason I dropped a star.

    cheap feeling, terrible functions, poor designed.

    First off, it has bars for the volume and channel select. If you push down by accident it mutes the sound. If you push down on the channel bar it goes into a list of channels, that could be good but when you do it accidently, it is just more button pushing. Light and cheap feeling and it is slippery. If you need 2 remotes, (big room with sofa and computer to select from) you have to have them with both the same numbers in the battery compartment, or you have to reprogram each remote to TV when you want to use it. Just a lousy system overall.

    Does not work as second remote as planned. Learned you can only program one remote at a time, defeating our purpose of my wife and I having a remote.

    Works fine and easy to operate once you know how to pair it with the TV, but our main purpose was to have two operating remotes at a time. NO CAN DO. One cancels out the other when programmed.

    Amazing Value

    You can’t beat the value at this price for a working knock off. Only difference that makes it an obvious knock off is the fact that all the switches all have a very perceivable click when pressed, as compared to the OE remote which has soft touch switches. But for ten or eleven dollars you can’t beat the value, as it works perfectly and the OE remote is six or seven times the price.l
