This cable gives you a nice upscale in graphics compared to the original wii video cable. I thought it was weird that an hdmi cable needed to have that little power cable that needs to be plugged in as well to work.

Do not toss this USB cable or think it is for something else. It must be used in line with the cable to operate. The adaptor works as described and fortunately the Wii offers a USB cable connection for the operation of the adapter. The additional USB requirement does not make this a "plug and play cable" however it does work as described.

I requested a cancellation of the order at 9:26pm. At 9:27pm mysteriously a tracking number is issued to the order. At 9:27pm my request to cancel was rejected. Seems like the seller did this on purpose. Not sure why l as I will dispute it with my credit card issuer anyways. Doesn't bother replying back to my messages now. Be careful purchasing from this seller.
