The material within the 4 bolsters was reduced to what felt like chips of cardboard and I thought I was going to HATE these beds. However... my persistence to work out the "fluffing up" of the material sewed within the bolsters eventually paid off, and once the beds were completely assembled and "fluffed"... they've turned out to be rather nice and my dogs are throughly enjoying them. Do NOT like "Made in China"!
