Everything was intact and brand new. The assembly was easy and had good instructions. The stroller itself is very good loking. It gas plenty of room, has many good features, like a leash, windows ans screens, and menouvers very well. Our senior dog who loves long walks, but is physically unable, took to riding right away. Also the price was unbeatable!! Thank you

Assembly was fairly easy as there were pictures showing the order of assembly. A little more detail on how the rear wheels attached would have been helpful. The two side support bars flipped up, and it took two of us to slip the handle in. The fabric seems sturdy and the black and gray with a cool yellow stripe looks great. We added a soft rug for our dog to sit on, and he was happy to be out again.
