    Seller messages me that the item was turned back to them from customs for whatever reason, they don't specify. Seller promises to refund me my money and never has. Won't return any message asking about where my refund is.

    Hi! I just saw your message and I can give proof that eBay has removed your payment from my funds. I never kept them because it will be automatically deducted.     Of course ebay helped deducted the amount for the refund as that is the normal route that takes place in order to refund a patron when their item is no longer en route to a buyer. As a seller as well, it shouldn't take you months down the road to contact a customer when something goes awry with an order. That's just shoddy.
