    Item shipped promptly. Did not realize that the jute was non-replaceable. Once you use it up, it's done. The pole in the center is welded to the arm of the sewing machine so you can't lift it up. I would not have purchased this had I known in advance. It's been awhile, but I'm pretty sure I contacted the seller and they were quick to resolve the issue and gave a partial refund. They were also very courteous
