Missing hardware and one of the main pieces wasn't the right piece. I was still able to make everything work with screws of my own. The seller was excellent.

One of the better indoor setups I’ve come across especially because of the wheels( they lock if need be) We have a larger rabbit (18lbs) so I added some panel nails to the bottoms of the pull out trays just to reinforce it but I really like this set up!
