Reached out and agreed to a partial refund with the seller while images of the envelope were requested to try and place blame on the courier even though the seller knew only one card was bent, so it was likely packaged that way. Had to reach out for a resolution with Ebay after the seller never issued the refund and ghosted me for over a week.

Once it was handed to delivery service, it took less than a week to arrive from Japan. They were all sleeved separately but were taped between cardboard together and bubble wrapped. They were not in any top loaders but the box was filled with paper to keep the cards from moving during shipment.
